What is To All The Boys: Always & Forever rated?

Always & Forever is rated TV-14 because parents might find some of the content unsuitable for children under 14. With a few swear words like s**t and bulls*** said by Peter. There are also a few scenes which allude to sex. Nothing is shown and it is not grpahic but it is mentioned a few times.

There is a scene where Lara Jean and her friend are talking about how Peter has never seen her naked. Christine then suggests that they should already be doing…it.

There is of course a lot of kissing and slow kissing but nothing too graphic insinuating anything else.

There is a small sex scene but it is more implied then anything else. It starts with kissing and fades to the characters in bed covered in sheets but you can tell they are unclothed. But nothing graphic at all.

My Overall Thoughts of All The Boys: Always & Forever

I really enjoyed this movie. It was cute and funny and had all the cheesy romantic comedy you expect. I couldn’t help but relate to the dad in this movie. Making sure his daughter was okay and making the right choices for and only her. I remember being in high school…so many years ago, thinking that everything in that moment was the most important thing.

Even though I had an older sister and mom tell me otherwise, being in a senior in high school thinking I was in love, I could totally understand Lara Jean’s perspective. BUT, now that I am a parent I want my kids to understand that senior year and relationships although may be important to them in that moment, it’s not the end all be all.

I loved that everyone was respectful, Peter was always there for her and celebrated her victories and comforted her when she needed him. Although there was some drama it was different then what you’d expect from a high school movie. No petty fights between two young ladies. Everyone was just trying to figure how to survive senior year and figure out their future.

So, where does Lara Jean end going to college? Does she even go to college? Are Lara Jean and Peter still together? This is a spoiler free review after all and I’d hate to spoil it. You can catch All The Boys: Always & Forever Streaming on Netflix February 12th. You’ll just have to watch to find out!

  • Hmm it seems like your site ate my first comment (it was extremely long) so I guess I’ll just sum it up what I submitted and say,
I’m thoroughly enjoying your blog. I too am an aspiring blog writer but I’m
still new to everything. Do you have any points for
first-time blog writers? I’d really appreciate it.
