Valentine’s Day Dessert Charcuterie Board
Valentine’s Day Decor is up at Target! I don’t know about you but I go by Target’s holiday calendar, so if their V-Day stuff is up, then it’s time to stock up! I am a hopeless romantic at heart, always have been always will be. But if I am being honest, even though I love the idea of Valentine’s Day and all the decorations, Hello Pink! I’ve never really cared much about what we did on the holiday itself. My spouse and I have been together for 8 years and not once have we gone out on Valentine’s Day. We enjoy staying in and eating Chipotle and we intend to keep that tradition going forever. This year. I wanted to introduce something fun and different, a Valentine’s Day Dessert Charcuterie Board.

Yes, I jumped on the Charcuterie Board bandwagon and I don’t intend on getting off. The possibilities for a beautiful and fun board are endless but today I am sharing with you a fun way to put a Valentine’s Day Charcuterie Board together the whole family will love.
In this household we love Disney, so of course I had to add my own Disney style to it if you will. These Oreo Mickey Mouse heads are super easy and fun to make.
Oreo Mickey Mouse Heads
What you need:
- Oreos
- mini Oreos
- Icing
- Dipping Chocolate
- M&M’s
- Heart shaped Gummies
Instructions:
- Dipped half the regular sized Oreo in the dipping chocolate and place two M&M’s to represent Mickeys Buttons.
2. Then dip two mini Oreos half way and immediately place on each sized of the Oreo to represent the ears.
3. (Optional) If you want Minnie Mouse, just place to hearts to represent the bow, add a bit of chocolate at the bottom to make it stick.
4. Repeat as need. be sure to add these directly to sheet with Parchment paper so it stays assembled after it chills.
5. Place in Fridge until set. About 20 minutes. Once set you can add them to your Valentines Day Charcuterie Board.
Other Treats To add to your Valentine’s Day Charcuterie Board
This is the first year I’m making a Valentine’s Day Dessert Charcuterie board so I wanted to make sure I went all out with it. I wanted pink and red without it being too overwhelming. I baked my Sugar Cookies and cut them in all different shapes and sizes, added some Pink and Red M&M’s, chocolate covered strawberries, but you can add whatever treats you enjoy.
You can even make a cheeseboard and cut meat and cheese out in little hearts. I know some grocery stores make heart shaped crackers so that would be a cute addition as well. Add a pop of color with red fruits like strawberries, raspberries and pomegranate.

Find The perfect Board
Charcuterie Boards come in all different shapes and sizes. Depending on the size of your party you can go big or get something small to share. In our home we have a variety of sizes depending on what we are putting out. For a cheese board we tend to use a bigger Charcuterie Board because we like a variety of cheese, crackers and fruit.

For a snack or dessert board I tend to go smaller since I don’t want us to eat too many sweets. But it tends to make it look more compact and with all the pink and red I think it looks beautiful. You can even get an adorable Mickey Mouse Cheeseboard, if that isn’t motivation I don’t know what is.

Make it Interesting
Again, the possibilities are endless when it comes to creating a beautiful Charcuterie Board, remember you are in charge. Mix and match treats and textures. Add your favorite hints of your favorite colors. Not into pink and red for Valentine’s Day? Make a classic cheeseboard with heart shaped cheese and meat and add your favorite jelly and honey. Make it fun and exciting so you can enjoy it. I believe half of the experience in enjoying something like this is creating it yourself so have fun with it.
